We came together to celebrate and to mark in the history books of MCL, ‘the launch of an ongoing project to turn the mining operation into a world class one’.
We have one aim in mind: To turn Maloma into a world class facility that will become the benchmark of mining in Eswatini.
We can only achieve this by ensuring that our human capital is well catered for and that their working conditions are made as comfortable as humanely possible. The work, as illustrated by the commissioning of these brand-new structures, has begun in earnest. MCL will in the coming months commission several new expansions and procurements aimed at enhancing productivity to enable the mine to reach its targets.
